Strategic insulation (120g through the core, less in the sleeves and hood) hits that goldilocks zone for active days on the mountain. Dryplay 10K protection seals out wet snow, the fixed skirt and Lycra wrist gaiters handle the gaps, and that ergonomic hood actually adjusts with one pull instead of three.
