As with all StepChild boards, this comes with the Armadillo Plate, a diamond shaped fiberglass reinforcement layer that is placed over the inserts.

The StepChild Salary Man Snowboard has a smooth “soft belt base” finish that is pre waxed with lightweight biax glass and non-stick UV Lacquer coating.
