The Rome Lo-Fi Rocker Snowboard is for the dedicated all-mountain rider who likes to keep things interesting. One minute, getting launched like an astronaut off man-made and natural features, and the next carving turns that would make ski racers jealous. This is for the riders that mix their peas and mashed potatoes, the line-benders, the always-explorers. It's like rolling with Snoop Dogg while blastin' Iron Maiden out of the '64 Impala. Twin rocker shape with a centered stance and symmetrical is ideal for future-spins and jibs in the park. How could this board possibly show you a bad time? If there's one thing that's for sure, the folks over at Rome build boards that are fun.
FreePop Rocker – Rome's FreePop Rocker snowboards lie flat against the snow, as it meets the nose and tail the flat profile transitions to rocker where it is lifted off the surface of the snow subtly. For you this means riding a board that is extremely stable, versatile, forgiving and endlessly playful.
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch and do some tricks. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
HotRods - Glass Single Barrel – One HotRod down the centerline of the board for added ollie / nollie pop without any unwanted torsional stiffness
SuperPop Core Matrix – Super snappy flex through the use of long poplar wood segments and three zones of low-density wood.
StraightBiax Laminate – An insanely light biax pattern keeps the torsional flex smooth and fun, complementing the added pop and response in boards with TurboRods.
SinterTrue Base – Strong and wax absorbent, this is the first level of speed through the power of a sintered base. All the speed you need for daily park riding or racing for the untracked lines
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Rome Snowboards will accommodate 2x4 and 4x4 insert patterns.
