How to Redeem:

  • Earn a $100 reward for every $1,000 Spent on evoTrip
How to Redeem:
  • After your trip is complete, the $100 reward will be deposited into your Membership account as 1,000 points.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The reward must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

How to Redeem:

  • US Store Locations: 

    • Rent gear twice from any of our US store locations

    • Upon completion of your second rental, you’ll receive a coupon good for 1 free rental day on your next rental. 

    • Black Tier Members: Show your Membership status when picking up your third rental. 

  • Japan and Canada Locations: 

    • Show your Blue or Black Tier status when picking up your rental. 

Terms and Conditions: 

  • Valid at all US evo locations and select other evo locations. 

  • Free rental day excludes additional charges like damage waivers and other add-ons. 

  • Premium upgrades for Black Tier members are subject to availability. 

  • Members must show account and tier status to redeem global benefits.  

  • Offers under this program cannot be merged with other promotions or discounts. 

 

Other Program Updates

  • Points are no longer earned on sale items. Full-price items earn points at 1 point per $1 spent. 

  • The Blue tier 20% and Black tier 25% off service and rental benefits have been replaced with our buy 2, get 1-day free rental gear program. ​

  • ​10% off evoTrip for Black Tier members has been replaced with a $100 Reward on $1000 spent on eligible evoTrip Adventure Vacations.​


 

What is evo Membership?

evo Membership is our new rewards program at evo. Free to join and open to all, we’re giving you rewards for any way you choose to play and get outdoors. Whether you’re gearing up, tuning up, or traveling with us - every adventure has its rewards at evo.

 

How Do I Become a Member?

Joining is FREE and easy! Just create an evo.com account here to become a member. 

If you already have an evo.com account - log in here. We’ve automatically upgraded your account to Membership!

How Do I Earn Points? 

Earn 1 Point for every $1 USD spent on eligible full-price merchandise at the following:

  • evo.com (US and CA Purchases)

  • evo stores (US Stores Only)

  • evo Service and Rental Shop (US Shops Only)

You also earn 2x points on all in-cart donations on evo.com. Periodically, we’ll introduce new ways to earn points - like referring friends, interacting with us on social media, or reading our content. 

To receive points for your purchases, log into your evo.com account to purchase and use the email address tied to this account when you purchase, service your gear, or rent gear in-store.  

Points are awarded after qualifying items are shipped and can take up to 72 hours to show up in your account. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Canadian purchases will be converted to USD to award points ($1 USD=1 Point). Points are awarded on order subtotal of eligible full-price merchandise before taxes, shipping, and other fees are added to the transaction. Points will not be awarded on gift card purchases or evoTrip adventure vacations.

Birthday Points

In your Membership account on evo.com, enter your birthday and you will receive a number of points on your birthday based on your tier status.

  • If your birthday falls more than 30 days away from the day you enter your birthday, you will receive the reward on your birthday.
  • ​If your birthday is less than 30 days away from the date you enter it, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you signed up.
    • ​For example, if you sign up on January 5 and your birthday is January 6, the reward will be granted on January 6 + [29 days].

 

What happens to my points when I return an order?

If you return or cancel an order, the points you earned on that order will be removed from your account. Reward points used on a purchase will be refunded to your account when your return is processed.

 

How Do I Redeem My Rewards?

Every 200 Points = a $20 USD reward that can be used (up to $60 in one transaction) in the following locations:

  • evo.com (US and CA Purchases)

  • evo stores (US Stores Only)

  • evo Service and Rental Shop (US Shops Only)

  • evoTrip*

*Member rewards may not be used on the following four private Japan trip packages: The Learn to Ride Taster, The Japow Experience, The Ultimate Family Tour, and The Niseko Progression Tour.
 

To See Your Current Points and Available Rewards

Log into your evo.com account and navigate to the Membership Tab to find your current points and available rewards. 
 

To Redeem Your Rewards

ONLINE: Log into your account and navigate to the Membership tab. Find the reward you would like to use, click "redeem" in the membership area of your evo.com account and apply the code at checkout​. Points will be immediately deducted from your account. Discounts are available on a line-item basis in increments of $20, from $20 off one item of $20 or more, up to $60 off one item of $60 or more. To ensure you receive the full benefit of your reward, please choose a product that is at or above the dollar amount of your available reward. 

If you misplace your code before you are able to use it, you may find the code in your Rewards History at the top of your account under the Membership tab. Codes remain valid until used.

IN STORES: Log into your account and navigate to the Membership tab. Find the reward you would like to use, click "redeem" in the membership area of your evo.com account and show the code to an associate at the register. Only one reward code may be used per order.  Membership rewards cannot be combined with any other discounts.
 

Other Things to Know

Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases​. Rewards cannot be redeemed with any other discount code on evo.com. You must have at least one item in-cart equal to or more than your rewards amount to apply fully. Rewards cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards or to in-cart donations.

Your points and Membership account are issued in your name and your Membership and/or points are not transferrable to someone else. 

 

What are the Program Tiers?

All evo Members start at our Green tier and can move to Blue or Black tier as their spend increases - earning them service and rental discounts, more points and travel perks!

* Points are only earned on eligible full-price merchandise. Points will not be awarded for items that are temporarily or permanently marked down from the original manufacturer's price. Tier level is determined by the subtotal of your full order, which may include sale items. 

 

** Black tier complimentary room upgrades at evoHotel and premium rental upgrades are subject to availability. 

 

How is my Tier Status Determined?

You’ll see your current tier status on your account page on evo.com. Above your tier will show how close you are to the next tier. There is no spend limit to be a part of the Green Tier. Blue tier members have spent $500+ in the last rolling calendar year. Black tier members have spent $1000+ in the last rolling calendar year. 

A rolling calendar year is activated once a customer enters a tier. For example, a customer who crossed the tier entry threshold on March 3rd, 2019 will retain that tier until March 3rd, 2020.

 

Will my Tier Status Expire?

Your tier status will be downgraded should you not meet the spend threshold of that tier within one rolling calendar year from the date you entered the tier. Your tier may also be downgraded if you return an order(s) that drop your spend amount below the threshold for the tier.

 

Can my Membership benefits change?

Yes. As the needs of our members, community and business change, we may also change the benefits of evo Membership. You will be notified of changes to our Program Terms & Conditions by email.
