The Step On™ boot works with this highback binding to to create a high-performance, efficient and ultra-responsive system.

Medium Flex – The happy medium of binding flex. Medium flex models perform equally on all terrain. Great for progression - responsive, comfortable and forgiving.

Re:Flex™ FullBED Cushioning System – Offers full underfoot cushioning that maximizes comfort while minimizing fatigue. Anchored to the baseplate, the stealth trap door design makes it easy to access the mounting hardware.
Toe Hooks – These loops, found on the toe side of each Step On baseplate, act as the secondary retention system, in concert with the Toe Cleats. An integrated living hinge allows riders to engage and exit from the baseplate in one single motion.
Highback
Canted Hi-Back Design – Your legs don't go straight up, and neither should your high backs. This ergonomic design follows the natural contours of your left and right legs to maximize control and comfort.
Heel Buckle – Working in concert with the Heel Cleat as the primary retention system, the Heel Buckle is designed with the same functionality of a ratchet buckle and features Smooth Glide™ technology to ensure easy engagement.

Re-Ground Materials to Reduce Waste
Release Lever – The Release Lever is a low-profile, easy-access lever found on the heelcup of the binding. Pull the lever up, let it go and the boot is released, allowing the rider to step out. The handle automatically resets after you step out, allowing riders to step back on instantaneously.

Intermediate to advanced skis and snowboards may be somewhat wider or stiffer than beginner-intermediate skis and snowboards, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Intermediate to advanced boots and bindings range from softer flexing freestyle options to stiffer choices built for stability at speed.

Medium The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
