Forget the pumpkin spice lattes, puffy vests and yoga pants because the Yes. Basic Snowboard refuses to be placed in the same category. The Basic offers all-mountain versatility in a True Twin shape, with rocker at the tip and tail for effortless float and turn initiation in pow, and traditional camber underfoot for strong edge hold and pop on terrain park groomers. What really sets the Basic apart from the onslaught of simpletons is the Underbite edges that create a smoother and stabler ride all-around. Reclaim the name from sorority chicks world-wide with the Yes. Basic Snowboard.
CamRock 4-4-4 – Yes.' CamRock camber rocker blend places camber between your bindings and rocker in the tail and nose. Having areas of variable rocker outside of your stance with camber underfoot gives you the response, stability, pop, and playfulness you desire for park, plus increased flotation and turning abilities in deep snow.
Flex Rating: 3.5 (1 Soft - 5 Stiff) – Not too stiff. Not too soft. Perfect for all-mountain shred.
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Full Poplar – Yes.' baseline core for tip to tail woodcore snowboard construction. Strikes a predictable balance between durability, consistent flex and lightweight.
Biax
ABS – Durable, flexible, infinitely reliable.
Extruded – Polyethylene pellets are melted down in extreme heat then forced together under a high pressure machine. The end result is a strong, solid, and smooth base that is easy to maintain, nonporous and extremely durable.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Underbite Edges – By stepping the outline in under the bindings (rather than out), it disrupts the surface area that has contact with the snow while the board is on edge. Without any extra rider effort, this disruption effectively increases edge pressure on the areas where you need it most, helping to initiate and hold your turn. The effect is stable edge control and a very confident, enhanced arc in your turn with no drag.
