If you thought last year's Jackpot was impressive, you're about to be blown away for 2016. Like winning the lottery with a $1 scratch ticket that you found on the ground after a week of Top Ramen dinners, the 2016 Yes. Jackpot Snowboard is as sweet as it gets. Updated with Yes' new MidBite outline, the Jackpot now has a narrower waist that improves overall control/responsiveness while the stepped-out profile at the tip and tail maintain a super stable and forgiving platform. Known for slaying terrain parks and serving up jibs like nobody's business, you'll win big this winter with the Yes. Jackpot Snowboard.
CamRock 4-4-4 – Yes.' CamRock camber rocker blend places camber between your bindings and rocker in the tail and nose. Having areas of variable rocker outside of your stance with camber underfoot gives you the response, stability, pop, and playfulness you desire for park, plus increased flotation and turning abilities in deep snow.
Flex Rating: 4 (1 Soft - 5 Stiff) – This snowboard has a stiff flex rating, indicating it will provide you with an aggressive, responsive and fast ride. Good for charging groomers, deep powder, slalom courses, and even jumps. Stiff snowboards won't wash out on you easily because they are responsive, have insane carving abilities, and remain stable.
Twin Flex – Flex is identical at both ends of the board.
MidBite – MidBite blends the response of a narrow waist width with the stability of a wider nose and tail. The MidBite steps the outline of the board inward 1.5mm just inside the insert pack. This step remains (rather than bumping back out like the Basic) down about 1/3 the length of the sidecut until just inside the next insert pack. This single long disruption of the sidecut between the bindings cheats the waist width narrower, providing quicker edge-to-edge response. Meanwhile from your binding out to the end of the sidecut you maintain a board width that is a stable platform for popping, spinning, and landing.
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
Full Poplar – Yes.' baseline core for tip to tail woodcore snowboard construction. Strikes a predictable balance between durability, consistent flex and lightweight.
Triax – Triax laminate consists of fiberglass that is braided in three directions. Meaning it gives the snowboard an asymmetrical flex with lengthwise stiffness. For you, this delivers a snowboard that has tons of pitch when jumping.
ABS – Durable, flexible, infinitely reliable.
Sintered True – True Sintered bases are harder and more expensive than extruded bases and can be faster for those that ride aggressively fast. But to do that, it needs to be waxed and prepared for local conditions.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
