Rocker Type
Cross Profile – Camber between the feet for better control, pop and landing stability. Rocker on tip & tail for effortless flotation forward and switch.
Flex
Soft – A soft flexing board is more maneuverable at slow speed and more forgiving in general. This flex is great for beginner/intermediate riders and for the advanced rider who prefers a looser more skate like feel for freestyle riding.

Directional Twin – A twin shape for freestyle performance with a directional flex for power at high speed. Binding stance is set back slightly.
Quadratic Sidecut – A blend of elliptic curves for easy turn initiation, effortless direction changes and fluid edge to edge transitions.
Rocket Science – A slightly wider design for more maneuverable and stable boards.

Aspen Strong – CNC-selected high-density FSC certified wood strips for the inserts and rail zones results in improved impact resistance and a predictable flex from opening day to spring slush.

Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
