Everything riders' love about the Rome Agent made into a splitboard with more steep and deep features like Freepop Rocker and an Almost Twin shape for park board pop combined with pow float. The Rome Double Agent Splitboard will get you to the top, and back to the bottom in style.

FreePop Rocker – Rome's FreePop Rocker snowboards lie flat against the snow, as it meets the nose and tail the flat profile transitions to rocker where it is lifted off the surface of the snow subtly. For you this means riding a board that is extremely stable, versatile, forgiving and endlessly playful.
Shape
Almost Twin – Twin between contact points (what touches the snow is twin), flex is twin and stance is centered in a twin position. Outside of contact points, the nose is slightly longer than the tail for more float in powder

SuperPop Core Matrix – Super snappy flex through the use of long poplar wood segments and three zones of low-density wood.
Laminates
StraightTriax 30 Laminate – Straighttriax 30 Laminate takes 30˚ fibers to deliver response for handling all terrain and flex for a park-friendly feel.
HotRods - Carbon Double Barrel – Two parallel HotRods designed to give rocker boards more pop all around—for ollies, nollies and power off the edges.

SinterSpeed Base – The high-end sintered compound used for Rome's Sinterspeed Base absorb large amounts of wax for days of straight lining pow and bombing the local jump line at extremely high speeds.

Splitboarding A splitboard snowboard is built specifically for the backcountry rider. Splitboards are designed to break down into two separate halves for touring and uphill travel (with climbing skins). Special bindings are required as well. Once you've reached the top of the terrain feature, you reconnect your splitboard for the ride back downhill. However, it's important to note that you will need appropriate backcountry tools, knowledge of the backcountry, weather and snow conditions and climbing skins to safely take advantage of the freedom of a splitboard.

Rocker A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
