StraightTriax 30 Laminate – With this layup, Rome looks for easy control in the park while being able to rip a Euro carve on the rest of the hill. In this matrix, the 30 degree fibers allow for plenty of forgiveness in the park, while at the same time delivering power for slashing the mountain.

Turborods – Carbon Single Barrel – The configuration inlays a rod in the centerline of the board emanating from the binding towards the tip.

TurboRod Technology – Rome uses a unique application of light and poppy carbon to improve response by milling channels into targeted ares of the core and placing a sleeve inside the channel. They then insert a thin rod of carbon in the sleeve and anchor it at the end of the channel closest to the midpoint of the board so that the carbon can move in and out of the sleeve to load up more energy. When the energy is released, it releases cleanly without vibration to increase power and pop for the board.

Z-Tech 1.0 – Centerline Zylon, in a one inch strip, adds ollie power and lengthwise overall pop.
