Tapered Directional Hybrid Camber – A Directional shape with a setback Hybrid profile that is more Camber than Rocker.
Flex
Flex Rating: 8 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – A stiff board that rips all over the mountain with the highest level of response. Perfect for handling powder slashes, ripping down cords at max speed, and preventing washouts on the landing.
Shape
Thin Con – All RIDE Boards feature Thin Construction with tapered tips and tails, reduced swing weight, enhanced tip flex, and improved durability.
Scaled Sizing – Waist widths that increase proportionally with board length, so there is no need for wide-specific sizes.
Core
Performance Tuned™ Core – High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.
Laminates
Pop Glass – 90˚ Carbon fibers stitched into the glass. Extra pop, without adding extra stiffness.
Carbon Array 5™ Laminates – This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.
Silence 5™ Dampeners – Purifies the response from Ride's Pop Glass, Carbon Arrays and Linear reinforcements by filtering out vibration for a super smoothed-out, snappy core.
Sidewalls
Popwalls™ Slimewalls® – This totally unique sidewall combines layers of Slimewalls® material and carbon fiber strategically placed at the inserts out to the contact points in the tip and tail on a twin, and the back inserts to the contact points in the tail on a directional board.This exclusive tech enhances the charging riders' experience as we have moved the carbon pop construction to the outside edge for better stability and enhanced response.

Very Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
