Your body isn't symmetric toe to heel, so why should your snowboard be? Basic ergonomics has been used to design the Ride Helix Snowboard - it works with the natural mechanics of your body creating a unique asymmetric park board. This crazy snowboard features a deeper sidecut on the heel edge to make board control a breeze but don't worry, the Helix is still a twin at heart so you can stomp your landings or ride it switch too. Hop on the aggressive and progressive Ride Helix Snowboard and own the park just like pro rider Yuki Kadono does!
Hybrid Twin Camber Profile – This profile consists of three different rocker zones, near the nose and tail you are guaranteed with lift and pop from subtle rocker which levels out into a subtle, stable camber underfoot.
Flex Rating: 5 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – This snowboard's medium flex has the stability, speed and precision of a stiffer board without taking away the playfulness that you want in the park.
Asymmetrical Sidecut – This snowboard profile has a deeper sidecut on the heelside offering up better control and precision. In addition, the different radii throughout the snowboard grant you with improved balance and predictability when maneuvering from heelside to toeside.
Pop Rods® 2.0 Core – Ride places carbon rods in the tip and/or tail to add pop, liveliness and playfulness to a board without making the board stiff all over. The flat carbon rods wrap a urethane slime-core that helps smooth out landings.
Carbon Array 3™ – This laminate technology provides total board control in every stance location. Three widespread carbon stringers are placed under the bindings where the rider energy-input is channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control.
Hybrid Glass – Triaxial on the top, biaxial on the base giving you balanced torsion and stiffness for better response with speed.
Slimewalls® Sidewall – Ride's exclusive Slimewalls® are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls® smooths the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you ride on.
Fusion 4000™ Base – The sintered base makes for a durable and fast ride.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
