Slicecore — Nitro uses 3-mm thin slices of wood, which add more strength by allowing the wood to lie flat and warp less under pressure. In a special boiling process, the resin in the wood is reduced to achieve a perfect and consistent weight and density ratio. This combination of techniques results in a core that is lightweight and has more strength than other cores on the market.

Carbon/Dyneema Reinforced — Two rows of Carbon/Dyneema on top and three more rows positioned in a distinctive X-pattern below the core increases overall stiffness without too much torsional rigidity. The result is a board with lightweight strength and stability.

Sintered Base— Nitro’s sintered bases are super hard and durable. They are also highly wax-absorbing, giving them increased speed and glide performance.
