NOW Skate Tech – The components of the NOW Skate Tech design mimic the function of a skateboard truck. The "Hanger" acts as a lever that transfers energy input from the straps to the "Bushings" and onto the board edges.
Hanger 2.0 | Nylon Reinforced with 30% Fiberglass – Hanger pivots on the Kingpin like a lever allowing lightening fast edge-to-edge energy transfer. Baseless design delivers even board flex.
Swappable Bushings – Jones bindings offer customizable dampening and response by switching between Surf Mode (soft bushings) and Freeride Mode (hard bushings). Surf Mode lets you tweak harder, while Freeride Mode keeps you locked in for maximum response.
Post – The Post attaches the hanger to the kingpin, and is the connection between binding and board. Made from nylon and recycled carbon, the post is super light and durable.

Asym Carbon / Flax Wide-Back – Asym shape follows leg angles. Carbon/Flax composite highback with extended width upper section for improved toe-side turn response. Pre-rotated five degrees.

3D AuxTech Toe Straps – New low profile and grippy straps dynamically stretch to fit any shape boot. The spider web design is comfortable, durable, and responsive.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
