Last: 103 mm – 103 mm width and a moderate instep. The second generation Sparkle last is a more relaxed fit, suitable for average to slightly higher than average volume feet.

Flex: 110 – La Sportiva's EZ Flex tongue features a bellows zone at the ankle which facilitates a moderately stiff flex with extremely smooth follow through.
