Chest – Keeping the tape horizontal, measure around the body and hold it across the apex of the chest.
True Waist – Measure at the narrowest part of your torso (generally above your belly button).
Hip – Stand with your feet together and measure around the largest circumference at hips.
Arm Length – Measure from the cervical bone at center back of neck, across slightly bent elbow and down the wrist indentation.
