We always take care of our customers and acknowledge that damage from shipping is NOT your responsibility. If you encounter any issues with your order, please call Customer Service right away. Whether your package arrives scratched, smashed, or you unexplainably get some of Gandma Betty's cookies, we will make sure things get worked out. We will cover any cost to ship things back to us and send out a replacement. If the same item is no longer available and you aren’t interested in anything else, we will be happy to refund you completely, including any shipping fees.
