We always take care of our customers and acknowledge that damage from shipping is NOT your responsibility.  If your package arrives damaged, please call Customer Service right away.  We’ll take care of you.  Whether your item is scratched, smashed, or broken, we will cover the cost to ship it back to us and send out a replacement. If the same item is no longer available and you aren’t interested in something else of the same value, we will be happy to refund you completely, including any shipping fees.

We are shipping experts – we rarely make mistakes.  However - "stuff" happens.  Once in a while a package will unexpectedly fall out of an airplane, and we can’t ignore the possibility that your skis might disappear completely in a tragic accident involving the bus that carries SAM (the Society of American Magicians).
