Chris Pew
(He/Him) Chris is the founder and CEO at TREW and has helped bring evo's product vision to life through PNW Original's Collection. "This is the biggest collaboration that we've ever executed at the product level, but every step of the way it has been a natural and frictionless process. With our shared PNW roots and communities, our mission was clear: create the best outerwear kit for riding in the Cascade mountains. Mission accomplished."
Bates Tillman
(He/Him) (Community Outreach Coordinator & Boot Fitter): When he’s not making sure your boots fit perfectly at evo Seattle, Bates spends his time as an artist. His work for this collection was inspired by his former days as a patroller at Mt. Hood. “Just like any good PNW view, there are layers on layers of landscape and sky in between you and the horizon. The layers and texture of the landscape are what I wanted to take from the Jefferson design and apply to the Astoria and Popover scenery.”
Rachel Thomas
(She/Her) (Buyer): Rachel is a buyer at evo and spent several seasons working meticulously on the PNW Originals Collection. “This line was a natural collaboration and expansion on the relationship we’ve established. With TREW’s roots in Portland and evo’s roots in Seattle it was exciting to introduce the PNW Originals line and build on the outerwear staples TREW is known for.”
Kevin Katsafanas
(He/Him) (Buyer): Kevin is a buyer at evo and worked hand in hand with the TREW team to develop the PNW Originals Collection. “We set out to make gear that you could rely on for years and years to come. We picked a fabric that would be super durable, but also wear well. Colorways that are timeless. All of this allowing you to stay dry no matter the conditions while knowing that you can trust this gear to hold up to years of hard riding.”
