the Service Board (tSB) is one of our favorite organizations to work with and an extremely worthy cause.   tSB brings together high school students and adult mentors from a broad range of academic, racial, cultural and economic backgrounds. They engage in activities rotating between intensive service-learning projects and snowboarding. The demanding program addresses five core competencies: self-knowledge, ethic of service, the arts, job-readiness, and civic leadership. Music, snowballs, fresh food, and a sense of community are common threads that tie the program together.  

 

The Service Board empowers youth to overcome obstacles and build strong community through snowboarding, public service, and a curriculum of social justice.

We  support tSB with product donations, a portion of our gallery sales, and the proceeds of our 10th anniversary party. We will continue to support tSB and hope you will too.   

 

TSB believes that fun, discovery, and adventure are valuable and productive teaching tools, and we couldn’t agree more. Many of us at evo were fortunate enough to benefit from such experiences and we want to help ensure that today’s youth have similar opportunities.

 

Your donation can provide anything from a scholarship for one youth to go on a snowboarding trip to a home-cooked meal or a trip to the mountains on a Grey Line bus.
