Creating divots inward at the binding area reduces and disrupts the surface area of the edge that has contact with the snow while the board is turning. Torrent Core – Made with 20% Poplar and 80% Paulownia, this core is lighter than the standard 50/50 blend. Poplar adds reliable flex and stability, while Paulownia cuts weight without sacrificing strength.
