The Weston Gnarnia Snowboard is your ticket to ruling the whole mountain—whether you’re slashing deep pow, charging couloirs, or ripping firm morning groomers. With just enough taper and setback to float like a dream on storm days, it stays precise and powerful when conditions get spicy. Backed by a carbon-loaded core, bombproof topsheet, and rider-driven design, the Gnarnia is built to send it, stomp it, and do it all again tomorrow.
Camber Profile | Freeride – Subtle rocker in the nose and tail provide additional float without losing stability. Camber underfoot provides confident edge hold and pop.
Flex Rating – Sizes 143-151 | Flex 6/10 // Sizes 154-166 | Flex 8/10
Tapered Directional Shape
Wood Core – Paulownia / Poplar / Bamboo
Carbon Stringers – Stringers running the length of the board increase stiffness throughout. By placing them near the center, the board doesn’t become overly stiff torsionally, making for easy turn initiation. They also allow for equivalent stiffness with less core material needed, reducing overall weight.
S-Weave Carbon – This advanced weaving of carbon through the core creates more pop.
Tail V Carbon – Carbon fiber runs from the tail inserts to the tail contact points to provide added edge to edge response and spring in the tail.
Triax Fiberglass – Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate that offers a precise and responsive ride in any terrain or snow conditions.
Horizontal Inlay
Polyurethane – Polyurethane is poured during construction to form a single, unified piece of sidewall wrapping around the entire core for increased strength and durability. Because of this process, it also creates less waste material than other sidewall options.
Sintered Durasurf 4001 – The gold standard in bases. The 4000-series sintered bases have a higher density than other options on the market, and are therefore more durable. Additionally, it absorbs more wax, making for a faster and smoother ride. 4000-series PTEX is usually reserved for only top-of-the-line boards due to a higher manufacturing cost, but at Weston it’s the minimum standard.
Castor Bean Based Rugged Nylon – Polymide is eco friendly and made from castor beans. The topsheet is durable and resistant to scratches and scuffs.

Flex Rating – 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
Super Transfer Baseplate – The heel cup is about 15mm higher than the Transfer Base, which improves backside response and makes it less prone to drag.
4Corner TP Stabilizer – The stabilizer firmly yet gently transmits the powerful power generated by the height heel cup to the board.
Boost FootOn – The footbed has a cushion height that is 4mm higher than the conventional FootOn. It prevents drag during turns, improves response when turning, and absorbs small vibrations. Of course, the surface is made of a material that does not easily get snow on it.
Tough Grade
Buffalo Highback – It features two pillars that look like buffalo horns. They support the flat highback from both sides. This season, the thickness of the two pillars has been increased, resulting in a shape that transmits power more directly to the board.
Super Tough Nylon – A medium flex material that is suitable for all speeds, from low to high, and for beginners to experts.
Waffle Strap – Waffle shaped cushioning provides ample hold and unparalleled comfort, and two layer-construction offers direct power transfer.
Beer Buckles – Newly engineered buckles give you more leverage when cranking down on the straps allowing you to get to the last click with minimal effort. Functions as a bottle opener in case of beverage emergencies.
