The K2 Domain Skis are K2's widest jib rocker freestyle option, and the best choice for park riders who also spend an fair amount of time ripping on the rest of the mountain. With a symmetrical twin tip shape and a substantial 90 mm waist, you'll have no trouble bringing those hard-earned park moves to the sidecountry and beyond. Up your park game this winter without limiting your ability to venture beyond the groomers with the K2 Domain Skis.
Jib Rocker – Featuring an elevated tip and tail with zero camber underfoot, Jib Rocker offers the best blend of playfulness for butters and surface tricks combined with enhanced pop for unmatched ollie power. Simply put, Jib Rocker is designed for ollies, butters, and predictable pop.
Park Flex – With the help of its athletes K2 developed a unique core profile that gives the tip and tail a flex pattern with more pop that holds deeper in presses and butters. This park specific core has more flex in the tip and tail but keeps the mid-body rock solid for control and confidence.
Freestyle Baseline 2.0 – By designing a ski's profile (rocker and camber) to work in combination with it's overall shape (top shape and sidecut) K2's engineers are able to create skis specifically targeted for a desired type of terrain, ability level, snow condition, and even skiing style.
Forebody – Blunted round tips for a maximized sidecut with reduced weight.
Midbody – Medium waist widths from 85 to 92 mm for solid grip with a moderate sidecut for quick, medium turn shapes.
Tail – Blunted twin tips for a loose, easy release.
Aspen Core – Lightweight and resilient, the perfect all around core material.
Triaxial Braid – A K2-patented machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core for pronounced torsional strength, while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood ski.
TwinTech Sidewalls – A unique blend of sidewall and cap constructions for accuracy and power underfoot combined with lightness, chip resistance and smooth turn initiation.
Swap Base – K2 maximizes base material usage by alternating the contrasting die cut pieces - your base may be the reverse of what you see pictured.
Tip & Tail Hardware – Metal rivets added for increased durability.
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
