Black Crows Camox Skis 2024
The Black Crows Camox Skis are one of Black Crows' (and evo's) most popular choices, and a great option if you want a fully capable all-mountain ride that doesn't punish you at slower speeds or in bumps. A smooth, even flex throughout and a lighter construction with no metal laminates mean uninhibited directional changes and nimble performance in uneven terrain or trees. Also popular as a hybrid solution for a mix of on-piste and backcountry use (when mounted with a hybrid touring binding).

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.

Toe Piece
Triple Pivot Elite 3 Toe – Toe construction with impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the highest energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes the power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains.
AFD Gliding Plate – All Marker bindings (except the Jester Pro) are equipped with a moveable AFD (Anti Friction Device), allowing a precise release unhindered by dirt, snow, and ice buildup. The type of AFD is matched to the skier type, ensuring perfect functionality from racing to junior and even alpine touring.
Sole.ID – Marker Sole.ID allows Marker Authorized Retailers to adjust Sole ID equipped bindings to every type of adult ski boot sole, from ISO 5355 Alpine to ISO 9523 Touring, with a height adjustable gliding plate (AFD).
Anti Ice Rail – Use the metal rail to scratch off ice and snow below your boot sole.
Heel Piece
Inter Pivot 3 Heel – The newest generation Inter Pivot heel offers improved step-in performance, with a magnesium heel bracket for power transmission and energy absorption.
