Nemo Disco Sleeping Bag - Long

This sleeping bag has been a game-changer. It is easy to store and packs really small and light, but still keeps me warm and comfortable at night with the puffy front panel, adjustable hood, and cozy flap. The material is super soft, especially the blanket-like material around the neck, and it even has vents or “gills” for when it is too hot, allowing plenty of breathability. I’m about 5'9" and I am really glad I purchased the long. It still feels snug and has a good amount of wiggle room. The pillow area is small but, I’d say this bag is really good for side sleepers. I also ended up using the storage pockets more than I thought I would.

Sea to Summit Altitude Sleeping Bag

This bag has been a dream to sleep in the last two summers! Perfect for backpacking - warm and light. The fabric itself is insanely comfortable, too. I feel like I’m in a cloud, especially with the cozy hood and draft collar. The half zip on one side makes it nice to stretch out your arms and not get too hot on warmer nights. The color isn’t bad either!

Kelty Cosmic 20 Sleeping Bag

I’ve only gotten to use the Kelty Cosmic 20 sleeping bag a handful of times but it hasn’t failed me yet! I really needed a sleeping bag that was lightish in weight for short backpacking trips during the spring/summer/fall but warm enough to use as a layer for car camping during the winter all the while staying at a low price point. This bag covered all those things. The extra footbox insulation helps keep my toes warm all night and the external pocket is the perfect spot to keep a headlamp or phone (or midnight snack). The material of the bag is crazy soft/cozy and it packs into the stuff sack without hassle. Can’t wait to use it again on my next overnight!
