Baseplate
Transfer Base – Lightweight and focused on direct power transfer.
Tool-less Lever – Make adjustments on the fly with no tools.
Adjustable Toe Cushion – Change to fit foot size to avoid the loss of leverage.
FooTon Footbed – Designed with a special material to prevent snow buildup and to provide more direct board feel with all the cushion you need.
Multi-Disc – Finally one disc that fits all! A lot of research and development went into this very durable disc that fits two, three, and four hole patterns and it provides proper toe and heel lift.
Highback
Axis Highback – The spine running through the forward lean adjuster allows for maximum heelside support while the center slit provides lateral flexibility. The highback is also wider at the top to increase contact area and provide improved power transfer.
Super Tough Nylon – A fiber mix with a medium flex that is perfect for all-mountain riding.
Forward Lean Adjuster – Highback adjuster that offers precision adjustments when used in unison with Flux's Micro Adjuster.
Micro Adjuster – 2.5° adjustment increments for the forward lean adjustments.
Straps
Waffle Strap – The new Waffle Strap is built to achieve next level response with two-layer construction focused on direct power transfer and a seamless fit.
FTM 5.0 Toe Strap – A new toe strap designed specifically for the Transfer Base: The middle of the strap uses a more flexible material providing amazing power transfer and boot fit.
L-Guide – For a smooth in and out. Holds ratchet ladders down.
UU Fit – A 360° wrap evens out pressure for a natural feel and hold. (Patent: US6, 604, 746)
Buckles
Beer Buckles – Newly engineered buckles give you more leverage when cranking down on the straps allowing you to get to the last click with minimal effort. Functions as a bottle opener in case of any emergencies.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
