Volkl Motion S4 Skis- Replacing last years Vokl Attiva 4 Star, the Volkl Attiva Motion S4 skis are the perfect fit for women who love to challenge themselves while still cruising the groomers. This versatile Volkl ski is great for the progressing, all mountain skiers. The Marker Attiva LT 11.0 bindings bring you the one piece “Light Technology” interface that snaps together according to the boot sole length and then slides onto rails, providing light weight, easy flex with undemanding maneuverability.

Double Grip LT- Uses dual-chamber arrangement, with added fiberglass to provide better grip through added support for the edge.
Attiva Motion- The first women-specific ski/binding system, Volkl engineers developed a special Motion rail with a second set of pin holes, 1.5 cm ahead of the standard, allowing the boot center to be moved ahead be that amount. Moving the skiers center of gravity forward creates easier turn intiation.
Tip-2-Tail Wood Core- As the name suggests, the Tip-2-Tail Wood Core extends from tip to tail. It is surrounded by PU and glass, and is used inside the Double Grip LT construction.

Carving For those that like the classic feeling of laying a ski over on edge and arcing a perfect turn, carving skis are what you want. These skis have narrower waists and shorter turn radii for edge to edge quickness and responsive turn initiation and exit on groomed runs and hard pack. The beginner-intermediate skis in this category are designed to make learning how to turn as easy as going from pizza to French fries. All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.
