Nordica Girish Skis 2012: The Nordica Girish Skis have an early rise rocker tip profile while preserving the traditional camber under foot and in the tail. The new reverse camber at the tip improves agility and steer ability making it easier to initiate turns while staying super stable and versatile. The true camber in the tail increases speed and allows you to lock in big landings without fear of rocker “squirt out” while maintaining incredible ski ability on hard pack making the Girish your big mountain charger.

Early Rise camROCK (340-400mm tip) moves a traditional contact point back on the ski approximately 25% with 3mm camber underfoot. This increases flotation and velocity in powder and also makes the ski easier to initiate of "stivot" into turns.

Energy TI construction consists of a full wood core and Extra Double Titanal sandwich construction for precision, durability and ability to generate speed.

Rocker/Camber Rocker/Camber skis pair a traditional cambered profile underfoot with an elongated, early rise tip borrowed from fully rockered skis. This profile places the front contact point further back from the tip, while the rear contact point remains close to the tail. The rockered tip allows for better flotation and less edge catch for increased float in deep snow, while the cambered rear stores and transmits energy similarly to a fully cambered ski.
