Now lighter and stiffer thanks to carbon fiber stringers, the new Bibby Pro mimics the old 190 in every way: solid throughout with a stiff tail to manage hard landings and straightline exits. From powder to chop, Mustache rocker technology brings the buttery, surfy feel of reverse camber with the powerful edging and stability of traditional camber on tap when you need it. All claim Moment’s bombproof 4001 DuraSurf Base, VDS dampening system, and handmade aspen/pine wood core. An all-new 174cm length option offers the same dimensions, construction, and performance of the Bibby Pro to smaller skiers.

4001 DuraSurf sintered base can take a beating while staying fast. They are harder and have better wax absorption than extruded bases. Moment uses sublimated graphics to eliminate the cracking and peeling common on die-cut bases
carbon fiber stringers provide more pop and snap and are extremely strong and lightweight
Triaxial fiberglass, woven at a 0°/45°/-45° fashion, provides maximum strength and resistance against twisting
Flex
Aspen and Pine core to provide a strong and lively flex. Aspen keeps the ski light and poppy while pine adds strength and rigidity

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
