Early Rise™ Tip & Tail: the Line Skis Sir Francis Bacon Shorty Skis have 20cm x 6mm rise that starts earlier so the tips rise effortlessly out of powder and stay on top without needing to sit back.
Early Taper™ Tip & Tail: the widest point of the sidecut starts tapering earlier in the tip and tail to reduce hooking in powder and tail drag.
G-Cut™ Geometry is a 5-radius sidecut with the tightest radius in the tail for powerful, predictable exits and less unwanted tip hooking.
Construction
4D Fibercap™ construction consists of fiberglass layered in 4 directions around the core for a high strength to weight ratio throughout and an ultra lively, responsive, and sensitive feel.
Extruded Fatty Base & Edge is easy to repair.

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
