MOD TECHNOLOGY: The ultimate in modern ski design. MOD combines an elastomeric secondary core that works as a high-performance suspension system and mass damper to provide the highest degree of ease, power, forgiveness and performance.
Men’s specific MOD Monic: By embedding the solid 25 gram zinc mass into the Men’s Apache series, test teams found skis had a smoother ride because vibrations were lessened.
PROGRESSIVE SIDECUT: Provides wider-waisted skis with more versatility to be used in all conditions; confident and quick initiation on hard snow, with easy release in powder and crud.
Titan Metal Laminate Cap: Metal construction creates a damp and powerful ride. Two sheets of lightweight titanium alloy run the length of the ski, offering K2’s most complex and highest performing constructions. The Titan metal laminate cap consists of alternating fiberglass and titanium above and below the wood core.
