The Armada Pipe Cleaner shares many construction features with the AR6 – Sandwich Fiberglass Laminates, ABS Sidewall Construction, and Carbon Fiber Stringer. In addition, Armada has added the 2.5 Impact Edge for those wishing to take it into the park. It differs and achieves its functional purpose in the pipe with speed from a World Cup-inspired die-cut race base and stiffer Flex Pro-filing on a lightweight AR Core 2. Those fortunate to grab a pair of the limited-production skis last year found the Pipe Cleaner speed and obedient control made it an all-mountain high-performance ski as well.

2.5 Edge- These oversized edges are heat treated to Armada’s custom specifications to help minimize edge breakage and maximize durability.
AR Core 2- The outer edges of the core are more strategically targeted with a strong wood laminate, without the hardwood center you find in Armada AR Core 1. This provides durability and further weight savings.
ABS Construction- Armada’s strongest and most performance based type of construction. This type of construction is more material and labor intensive than cap construction.
Sandwich Fiberglass- The perfect blend of Uni & Bi directional composite fiberglass mixed with carbon fiber stringers creates a union that provides positive edge control and precisely the right amount of torsion and pop.
A premium race base, the fastest base offered by Armada. The higher molecular base material along with a perfectly ground machine structure keeps you ahead of your friends.

Park & Pipe Park and pipe skis, often called freestyle skis, are for skiers who spend the majority of their time on jumps, rails, and jibs of all kinds. Traditionally park and pipe skis have narrower waists with full camber profiles, but this category is incorporating more rocker patterns and different shapes. You will almost always find these skis with twin tips as well as other park specific features like thicker, more durable edges, dense extruded bases, and butter zones. All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.
