We all know shredding hard in the park will get you paid, one day or another... When you're strapped into the Bataleon Disaster Snowboard, that pay day will come a few weeks sooner. There are unlimited ways to execute your trick with Bataleon's Jib 3 Base Technology. Chill out on edge catches and spend more time locked into the cleanest press of your life with a wide centerbase, giving you the most contact of the 3BT profiles. The Disaster's extra flexy core gets your creative juices flowing, and a durable extruded base can take a harder beating than Rocky. Nail juicy park runs with the Bataleon Disaster Snowboard.
Jib 3BT – Bataleon Jib 3BT shapes are tuned with true twin shapes, soft flexes and the widest centerbase in the range for locked in presses, stable slides and powerful ollies. These boards feature the longest section of edge uplift in the line, which starts around the bindings and extends outward, offering a loose, buttery, forgiving feel and less hang-ups.
Flex Rating: 2 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – FLLLLEEEXXXY. This board gets down in the park. Lower than your uncles slammed cadillac. Ultra-buttery and the best flex for style-filled park runs.
Core Core – Dual density full wood core composed of poplar with beech running tip to tail along the insert packs. The added beech hardwood strengthens the board's backbone under the bindings and produces more pop from tip to tail while still offering a comfortable lateral flex.
Bi Ax Laminate – Bataleon bi-axial or two-way fiberglass is a 90-degree weave of fiberglass placed under and atop the core to strengthen and add pop to the board. Fiberglass is placed at a 45-degree angle rather than a 90-degree angle to the edge so you get better overall board feel, flex and edging. Bi-ax layups create a really maneuverable board, one that you can almost steer with your feet.
Composite Fleece – Just like you put a fleece layer on for cold days, Bataleon adds a layer of composite material around the inserts of the board for strength and more rapid and precise power transfer from your bindings.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Extruded Base – Not your cheap, run-of-the-mill extruded base. Bataleon gets the highest quality extruded base money can buy with the highest molecular content. Their extruded bases are durable, fast, simple to repair and require little to no waxing to keep them gliding. They finish it with a proper hot wax before they leave the factory.

There are plenty of distinguished styles coming out of the park in today's world. If you have yet to figure out on your own, take a few laps with the Switchback Park Combo Snowboard Bindings and you'll quickly develop a style unique to yourself. Switchback accomplishes this by creating bindings that are not only tuned for park, but provide different options for park riding. Start out riding with the ST highback, a traditionally shaped highback for freestyle, and if that doesn't cut it, switch it out for the Noback insert and enter a new world of tweaking-freestyle freedom. A Jib Pad lines the bottom of the baseplate, providing the most cushioning of all Switchback pads and saving your knees on big drops and icey landings. There is a park-star within you, it just might take the Switchback Park Combo Snowboard Bindings to bring it out.
Jib Pad – Switchback's Jib Pad is designed with thicker padding under the toes and balls of the feet for more cushioning in flat and hard landings. They also offer the most plush and comfortable feel in the line.
Bumper Corners – Switchback places a rubber bushing along the bottom rim of the binding to absorb vibration, enhance flex, and help cushion harsh landings. The corners and sides are thicker to protect your topsheet and promote flex, and the toes and heels are thinner for more direct control and terrain feel.
Direct Steering – The bumper bushing is contoured with less material around the heels and toes for improved edge-to-edge response and smooth power transfer. It also helps you feel the terrain in a smooth kind of way.
Less Material – Switchback designs their baseplates with a minimal amount of rigid material touching the board's topsheet when mounted. This not only saves weight but also gives the binding and your board a more natural 360-degree flex pattern underfoot.
ST Highback – The ST is Switchback's simple, standard freestyle highback shape. It offers all the response and flexibility you need with its stiff heelside support and lateral movement. It's designed with zero forward lean angle and no forward lean adjustment for riders that do not require it.
Noback included – Not a highback at all! The Noback takes up the space of a highback and adds EVA so your boot has a flush fit with the binding heelcup without having to change your straps or stance. This allows for a super surfy feel in powder and Gumby-like flex for tweaks and jibs. The Noback comes standard with every base.
Miller Straps – Switchback's Miller straps are milled out to save weight and make them more flexible and form fitting. The're made of a grippy and flexible TPU material and pre-curved to fit the contours of any boot. These straps aid in freestyle riding where flex and mobility are key.
Easy Access – Switchback's strap design allows the straps to naturally fall open and away for easy in and out. Get in and out quickly without stepping on your straps.
