A chin strap and detachable lined ear pads would normally keep you comfortable but for pushin’ the limits the Pro Tech Vigilante has the BOA fit system. Turn the knob in the back and feel the custom fit form to your thinker

Upgrade and switch out the standard ear pads for some Plantronics Audio Force ear pads (sold separately)
