In-Mold Construction – In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows Giro to sculpt better ventilation systems, so In-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.

Roll Cage™ Reinforcement – A light yet tough web of reinforcement invisibly molded inside the helmet's EPS foam liner. It helps the helmet hold together under impact and provides an extra measure of strength and integrity that you'll never notice... unless you need it.

Roc Loc® Air – Enhances cooling as well as fit comfort and stability using a patented design that suspends the helmet just slightly off the top of the skull. Custom fit tension and fore-aft tilt of the helmet in seconds using a single hand.

16 Wind Tunnel™ Vents – Giro helmets are developed utilizing the proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system, which combines active vents with internal exhaust channels that thrust cool, fresh air over and around the riders head-while forcing heat and stale air out. This significant increase in air channeling makes a difference that riders will immediately feel and appreciate.

MIPS® Equipped – MIPS technology is designed to reduce rotational force to the brain in certain types of glancing or angled blows - this is accomplished by allowing the inner frame of the helmet to move slightly relative to the outer shell.

P.O.V. Plus™ Visor – Giro's P.O.V. Plus visor features an adjustment mechanism that lets you move the visor up and down in indexed steps. These steps include three riding positions plus a high position for goggle storage above your brow. The design allows you to easily adjust your visor with one hand while riding.

Hydrophilic, Anti-Microbial Padding – The Hydrophilic Pad can absorb up to 10 times its own weight in water, helping you manage sweat while riding.
