157mm Superboost Rear Spacing – Wider spacing makes for stiffer handling and higher speeds.
DELTA System Suspension – The DELTA system was conceived to, among other things, achieve very complex leverage rate curves that can be used to tune for varying track conditions, spring, and damper parameters. The dual progressive leverage rate curve was developed for coil sprung downhill applications to take advantage of the speed sensitive shocks on the market. Mechanically, the system uses very compact links that can achieve a lot of angle and velocity change through the travel. Evil can tailor the leverage rate curve to really take advantage of the shock's valving and the way that a speed sensitive damper is designed to work. Ultimately the design achieves a high degree of suppleness early in the travel, with a very predictable high traction stage through the middle and a bottomless ramp at the end of the travel.
RockShox Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate Rear Shock – No-nonsense performance is the name of the game. The Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate was designed to meet all the demands of the latest and greatest hard hitting enduro and trail bikes. Featuring Maxima Plush fluid, solid threshold adjustment for pedaling performance, ride quality and compression adjustment to fine tune for any condition. The unmistakable feel of a coil spring all packed into RockShox's Super Deluxe design.
Shock Adjustments – Spring Preload, Low Speed Compression Adjustment, Threshold Switch for Pedaling Performance
Direct Injection Chainguide – As light as it gets, this is removable for those who want to go even lighter.
Fully Internal Routing – Tubes within tubes bring setup bliss and tidy looks.
Pedal Forward Positioning – A steep seat tube angle puts you over the pedals, powerfully cranking uphill.
Wider Main Pivot – Increased stiffness and strength so you can flex on your riding partners instead of your bike.
Silence of the Linkage – Dual-row, angular-contact, Klüberplex-filled bearings + oversized pivot hardware = lifetime.
Sound Mounds – Rubber sound-cancelling chainstay mounds keep you bounding in peace.
Wheelie Short Chainstays – Short 430mm chainstays mean wheelies for days and manuals for months.
