Your boot sole length can be found stamped in the plastic on your ski boots. 

Keep in mind that it is best to be somewhere near the middle of the recommended weight range for ski binding DIN.  For example: If the recommended weight range is 80-250lbs for a DIN 12 and you weigh more than 200 lbs or ski extremely aggresively consider a higher DIN.
