Built for race podiums, the Fox Racing 34 Float SC Factory FIT4 Fork is as tunable and lightweight as a MTB fork can get. This model utilizes a new step-cast construction that eliminates material where it's not needed, making it lighter than any 120mm travel fork has a right to be. That makes it perform even better, and with the ability to accept volume spacers it's ready for the roughest XC tracks on the planet. Short travel forks are becoming even bigger on features, and this one's at the top.
Kashima Coated Stanchions – The smoothest of the smooth, plus it looks cooler. The gold Kashima coating has become synonymous with friction-free suspension actuation, and it's only available on Fox Factory components.
Lower Leg Bypass Channels – Increasing air volume within the lower legs reduces the amount of additional unintended pressure ramping. Lower leg bath oil also circulates to the upper reaches of the legs, continuously lubricating the foam rings and bushings as the fork compresses and extends through its travel.
New Lower Leg Arch – Stiffness-to-weight is the ultimate metric for bicycle design. Engineers invest countless hours poring over every ounce of material in an effort to optimize this critical ratio. Our all-new lower leg design pulls out all the stops, shaving every possible gram while making sure not to compromise stiffness or strength requirements of modern enduro and gravity style riding.
44mm Rake
FLOAT EVOL Air Spring – EVOL technology increases negative air spring volume, optimizing small bump sensitivity. EVOL’s linear spring curve delivers plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tunable bottom-out progression.
FIT4 3-Position Remote Damper – In its fourth generation, this patented closed cartridge system provides 3 on-the-fly compression damping positions--open, medium, and firm--to adapt to varying trail conditions. This Factory Series model also has 22 clicks of low-speed compression in Open mode, along with 10 clicks of low-speed rebound, all of this is on top of initial air spring pressure and volume spacer compatibility, making for a very tunable setup.
