What is evo Q & A?

evo Q & A is a forum to connect you with other customers.  Here you can share your questions about the products available on evo.com. Check out what other customers think and get knowledgeable answers.

 

Who can participate?

Anyone can participate in the evo Q & A.  You don’t have to become a member or be an evo customer.  evo staff, gear experts and evo shoppers all participate in Q & A.

 

What kind of questions should I ask?

evo Q & A is meant for product questions.  Questions may range from performance, fit, sizing or technically aspects of the products.

 

What shouldn’t I ask?

All service related questions about product availability, international or domestic shipping, order status or returns should not be asked in this forum.  Please send service inquiries to or customer care team here or email [email protected].

 

 

How do I ask a question?

Click on the “Answer this question”.  Your answer will be reviewed and approved to go live.  It will then be emailed to the person that posted the question and listed underneath the question that you answered on the product detail page at evo.com.

 

How long does it take for questions or answers to be posted?

 

Questions and answers are not posted immediately.  It takes 2-5 days before questions and answers go live on evo.com.  The questions and answers to go through the approval process to be double checked for appropriate content and language. 

 

 

How do I view answers to my question?

Answers to your question will be emailed to you and posted at evo.com on the same product detail page where the question was asked.
