The Lib Tech Skate Banana BTX Snowboard is nothing less than a slice of snowboarding history. The wizards at Lib Tech were experimenting with reverse camber profiles as early as 1986, but the concept didn't reach its zenith until the introduction of the Skate Banana 20 years later. All that is to say, this board is something special. Fun to ride in all conditions thanks to Magne-Traction edges that improve edge hold on firm snow, the Skate Banana BTX Snowboard is a capable daily driver and stone cold quiver killer for park rats, OGs, newbies, and pros alike. Rocker Type
Original Banana – Revolutionary all terrain freestyle banana blend that carves the hardpack, rips the pow, and jibs everything. Rocker between your feet with flat to mild camber to contact points. Mild tip pressure for unreal float and jibbing, solid pressure between your feet for easy turning and great ice edge hold. Original Banana is the best contour to learn and progress on.

Soft-Medium Flex – A versatile, soft-medium flex is perfect for rider progression in the park, on the hardpack, and all over the mountain.

Medium The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
