evo Membership, Simplified
Beginning May 30, 2025, we're simplifying our program to make it even easier to use for our Members, see below for all the updates.
Back by Popular Demand, Earn Points on All Your Purchases!
- Earn points on ALL retail purchases in stores and online.
- Earn 1 point per $1 spent on full-price and sale items.
- Excludes evoTrip and gift card purchases.
- Use your points to redeem on full-price items only. Items using a redemption code must be a minimum of $60 USD.
- Points earned are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. If unused after 365 days, they will expire, regardless of customer activity.
New Perks for Renting and Servicing Your Gear!
- All Members are now eligible for exclusive Member rates on gear rentals and service at all US evo store locations.
- Member Rate: 15% off service and gear rentals.
How to Redeem:
- US store locations:
- Simply show your evo Membership account in store and receive your Member rate.
Terms and Conditions:
- Valid at all US evo locations.
- Offers under this program cannot be merged with other promotions or discounts.
evo Hotel
All Members receive a special Member-only rate at evo Hotel Salt Lake City and evo Hotel Tahoe City, CA when you book directly via your exclusive link in your Member account.
Direct bookings at evo Hotel Salt Lake City will earn 1 point per $1 spent on your booking.
How to Redeem:
To receive the evo Member Rate, navigate to the Membership tab of your account, scroll to the bottom above the map and click the links for either Tahoe City, CA or Salt Lake City, UT for a special Member rate link. Complete the booking process to secure your stay at the exclusive rate.
Terms and Conditions:
evo Member Rate cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

- Earn a $100 reward when you spend $1,000 or more on evoTrip.
After your trip is complete, the $100 reward will be deposited into your Membership account as 1,000 points.
Terms and Conditions:
The reward must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issuance.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

We have removed Tiers from our program effective May 30, 2025. All Members will have access to service and rental Member rates, points earning and redemption, and tons of other benefits with our brand partners.

evo Membership is our rewards program at evo. Free to join and open to all, we’re giving you rewards for any way you choose to play and get outdoors. Whether you’re gearing up, tuning up, or traveling with us - every adventure has its rewards at evo.
How Do I Become a Member?
Joining is FREE and easy! Just create an evo.com account here to become a member.
If you already have an evo.com account - log in here. We’ve automatically upgraded your account to Membership!
By creating an evo membership account you agree to our membership terms of use.
How Do I Earn Points?
Earn 1 Point for every $1 USD spent on merchandise at the following:
- evo.com (US and CA Purchases)
- evo stores (US Stores Only)
- evo Service and Rental Shop (US Shops Only)
- Direct bookings at evo Hotel Salt Lake City
Periodically, we’ll introduce new ways to earn points - like referring friends, interacting with us on social media, or reading our content.
To receive points for your purchases, log into your evo.com account to purchase and use the email address tied to this account when you purchase, service your gear, or rent gear in-store.
Points are awarded after qualifying items are shipped and can take up to 72 hours to show up in your account. Canadian purchases will be converted to USD to award points ($1 USD=1 Point). Points are awarded on order subtotal of eligible full-price merchandise before taxes, shipping, and other fees are added to the transaction. Points will not be awarded on gift card purchases or evoTrip adventure vacations.
Do my Points Expire?
Yes. Points earned are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. If unused after 365 days, they will expire, regardless of customer activity.
What happens to my points when I return an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the points you earned on that order will be removed from your account. Reward points used on a purchase will be refunded to your account when your return is processed.
How Do I Redeem My Rewards?
Every 200 Points = a $20 USD reward that can be used (up to $60 in one transaction) in the following locations. The item total must exceed $60 or more to use a redemption code.

*Member rewards may not be used on the following four private Japan trip packages: The Learn to Ride Taster, The Japow Experience, The Ultimate Family Tour, and The Niseko Progression Tour.
To See Your Current Points and Available Rewards
Log into your evo.com account and navigate to the Membership Tab to find your current points and available rewards.
To Redeem Your Rewards
ONLINE: Log into your account and navigate to the Membership tab. Find the reward you would like to use, click "redeem" in the membership area of your evo.com account and apply the code at checkout. Points will be immediately deducted from your account. Items using a redemption code must be a minimum of $60 USD
If you misplace your code before you are able to use it, you may find the code in your Rewards History at the top of your account under the Membership tab. Codes remain valid until used.
IN STORES: Log into your account and navigate to the Membership tab. Find the reward you would like to use, click "redeem" in the membership area of your evo.com account and show the code to an associate at the register. Only one reward code may be used per order. Membership rewards cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Other Things to Know
Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases. Rewards cannot be redeemed with any other discount code on evo.com. Rewards cannot be redeemed when price matching. You must have at least one item in-cart equal to or more than your rewards amount to apply fully. Rewards cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards or to in-cart donations.
Your points and Membership account are issued in your name and your Membership and/or points are not transferrable to someone else.
Can my Membership benefits change?
Yes. As the needs of our members, community and business change, we may also change the benefits of evo Membership. You will be notified of changes to our Program Terms & Conditions by email.

How do I opt out of Membership?
To unenroll from membership and no longer earn points and rewards on your purchases, contact our customer care team.
