What is evo Membership?
evo Membership is our free rewards program, open to everyone. Earn points and unlock benefits across everything evo - whether you're shopping online, gearing up in store, renting or servicing equipment, booking a hotel stay, or heading out on an evoTrip. Every adventure has its rewards.
How Do I Become a Member?
Joining is free and easy. Just create an evo.com account to become a member. If you already have an evo.com account, simply log in - your account is automatically enrolled in Membership.
By creating an evo Membership account you agree to our membership terms of use.
How Do I Earn Points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent on merchandise at:
- evo.com (US and CA purchases)
- evo stores (US stores only)
- evo Service and Rental shops (US locations only)
- Direct bookings at evo Hotel Salt Lake City
Points are earned on all retail purchases - full-price and sale items. Gift card purchases and evoTrip bookings do not earn standard per-dollar points (see evoTrip rewards for trip-specific earning).
To earn points, make sure you're logged into your evo.com account online, or use the email address tied to your account when purchasing, servicing, or renting in store.
Points are awarded after qualifying items ship and may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account. Canadian purchases are converted to USD for point calculation ($1 USD = 1 point). Points are calculated on the order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and fees.
Do My Points Expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 365 days from the date they're earned. Any unused points will expire after that period, regardless of account activity.
How Do I Redeem My Rewards?
Every 200 points = a $20 USD reward. Up to $60 in rewards can be applied per transaction. Your total purchase must be $60 or more to use a rewards code.
Rewards can be redeemed on full-price items only at:
- evo.com (US and CA purchases)
- evo stores (US stores only)
- evo Service and Rental shops (US locations only)
- evoTrip*
*Rewards may not be used on the following Japan trip packages: The Learn to Ride Taster, The Japow Experience, The Ultimate Family Tour, and The Niseko Progression Tour.
Check Your Points and Rewards
Log into your account and navigate to the Membership tab to see your current points balance and available rewards.
Redeem Online
From your Membership tab, find the reward you'd like to use and click "Redeem." Apply the code at checkout. Points are immediately deducted from your account. If you misplace your code, it's saved in your Rewards History under the Membership tab.
Redeem In Store
From your Membership tab, click "Redeem" on the reward you'd like to use and show the code to an associate at the register. One reward code per order. Membership rewards cannot be combined with other discounts.
Other Things to Know
- Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.

Reward codes expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes on evo.com.
- Rewards cannot be used when price matching.
- Rewards cannot be applied to gift cards or in-cart donations.
- Your Membership account and points are non-transferable.
Can Membership Benefits Change?
Yes. As the needs of our members, community, and business evolve, benefits may change. You'll be notified of any updates to our Program Terms & Conditions by email.
What Happens When I Return an Order?
If you return or cancel an order, the points earned on that order will be removed from your account. Any reward points you used on the purchase will be refunded back to your account when the return is processed.

Beyond earning and redeeming points, evo Membership includes exclusive perks across service, lodging, and travel.
Service & Rental Perks
All Members receive exclusive rates on gear rentals and service at all US evo store locations:
- 15% off service and gear rentals at all US evo locations.
How to Redeem
- Show your evo Membership account in store to receive your Member rate.
Terms and Conditions
- Valid at all US evo locations.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- The 15% Member discount and reward codes may not be combined in a single transaction - choose one or the other.
evo Hotel
- Members receive an exclusive Member-only rate at evo Hotel Salt Lake City and evo Hotel Tahoe City, CA when booking directly through the link in your Member account.
- Direct bookings at evo Hotel Salt Lake City earn 1 point per $1 spent.
How to Redeem
- Navigate to the Membership tab of your account and click the booking link for Tahoe City, CA or Salt Lake City, UT. Complete the booking process to lock in your exclusive Member rate.
Terms and Conditions
- The evo Member Rate cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
evoTrip
- Earn a $100 reward when you spend $1,000 or more on an evoTrip. After your trip is complete, 1,000 points will be deposited into your Membership account.
Terms and Conditions
- The reward must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

How Do I Opt Out of Membership?
To unenroll from Membership and stop earning points and rewards, contact our customer care team.
To stop receiving Membership emails, click "Unsubscribe" in any email footer.
