Salomon XW Tornado TI Skis + Z12 Bindings 2010: The Salomon XW Tornado skis are well-balanced for all-mountain precision and power. The full wood core and Pulse Pad Technology offer the most stable ride on hard snow, combined with a large width chassis for excellent floatation through crud and powder. Add the Salomon Z12 Bindings to the Salomon XW Tornado TI Skis and you have a powerful combination that will rip groomers and still allow you to head out for some off-piste action.

The Salomon XW Fury Skis feature a 78mm waist width for more float in the powder while still maintaining all-mountain versatility and feel.
Construction
Salomon’s 3D Stealth Tip gives the tip of the skis a lower shaped shovel with its flat contact angle toward the snow to allow the ski to roll over terrain variations and reduce high-speed vibrations.
The Double TI Laminate gives the Salomon XW Fury Skis a double layer of titanium in order to give on-piste performance, more precision, enormous edge grip and a responsive skiing experience.
P-tex 4000 is a very high molecular density base perfect for gliding and provides excellent wax absorption and great abrasion resistance.
Bindings
Salomon’s Z12 Bindings are perfect for intermediate to advanced skiers looking to push the limits of challenging all-mountain terrain. DIN range: 4-12
Core and Flex Pattern
Full wood core from tip to tail offers optimum stability on snow and powerful rebound maximizes ski/snow contact and filters vibrations. The Salomon XW Tornado TI Skis also feature wider edges for increased durability and imported shock resistance without sacrificing flex.
Salomon’s Pulse Pad offers an elastomer layer along the front of the ski and edge for better shock absorption and anti-vibration for smoother and softer ski/snow contact.
