Rhythm Japan Joins the evo Family
Back in 2005 when Rhythm Japan first set up shop in Niseko, the goal was simple: create a store that provides visitors with everything they need to enjoy Japan’s unique snow conditions, and ride as much pow as possible.
20 years down the track, not much has changed. Rhythm's founder, Matt Hampton, still rips the slopes any chance he gets, and Rhythm still operates under the same purpose. The big differences? They are now part of something bigger – having partnered with evo to become part of our global family.
Together, we work to provide global access to a unique suite of experiences focused on sport, culture and the outdoors.

Rhythm Base - Niseko
Located just 100 meters from the Hirafu Gondola, this 1,200 square meter store is home to the most extensive selection of ski and snowboard gear in the Niseko region. Rhythm Base also offers a full range of shop services, a coffee shop, custom boot fitting and more.
Rhythm Summit - Niseko
Located in the heart of Hirafu, Rhythm Summit is a one-stop-shop for all your ski and snowboard needs. In winter, this store stocks over 7,000 rental skis and snowboards from top snow sport brands. In addition, Rhythm Summit offers a full range of shop services, a coffee shop, custom boot fitting and more.
Rhythm Furano
Located inside the Fenix, Furano’s luxury accommodation, Rhythm Furano offers all the skiing and snowboarding gear you’ll need for great experiences on the mountain. From our store, you’ll also be able to enjoy direct access to Furano Ski Resort’s Kitanomine Gondola.
Rhythm Base - Hakuba
Rhythm Hakuba offers a rental fleet of over 3,000 skis and snowboards, along with a wide selection of gear available for purchase. This store carries an extensive range of backcountry equipment for those looking to explore Hakuba beyond the lifts.
Rhythm Summit - Hakuba
Located in the Happo precinct, Rhythm Summit is only a 5-minute walk from the Nakiyama ski area and the Happo-One Gondola. This one-stop retail shop offers a thoughtfully curated selection of outerwear, apparel, and accessories from leading snow sport brands.
