The Santa Cruz Vala 1 CC XX AXS Lite Reserve E-Mountain Bike is a full-power e-MTB for riders who want to actually ride, not just survive. The Bosch Performance CX motor and 600Wh battery get you to the top without burning out your legs, so when the trail turns downward you're fresh enough to ride your best. With 150mm of rear travel, MX wheels, and Santa Cruz's Horst Link suspension design, it's confident on steep descents and surprisingly playful everywhere else. This 'Lite' build saves a couple lbs over the regular build with a Fox 36 Factory fork. EXO+ rear tire, and other weight optimized components. Finished off with SRAM's XX Eagle AXS drivetrain, which pulls power directly from the bike's battery to give you one less thing to worry about on your way to the trailhead.

Carbon CC Frame – Santa Cruz's highest grade CC-level carbon frame is every bit as stiff and strong as their C-level frame, but weighs about 280 grams less, due to the use of lighter, stronger, and more expensive carbon fiber. Santa Cruz is also able to truly integrate shock mounts, pivot mounts, dropouts and disc brake tabs into the structure, using all uni-directional carbon plies. The shock mount isn't merely riveted or bonded on after curing, but is an integrated part of the fiber lay-up. This makes Santa Cruz's carbon frames incredibly strong and able to absorb impact better than any other frame they've tested.

Discreet Top Tube Display – The built-in display on the toptube allows for battery charge and mode to be displayed. The display can also be used to turn system on/off and toggle modes. More detail (% battery charge and range) can be found by using the app.
Independently Adjustable Geo and Progression Chips – The geo chip raises or lowers the bottom bracket 4mm, and adjusts the head tube angle by 0.3°. The progression chip changes the progression from 26-29%.
Tool Mount – Discreet mounting bolts underneath the top tube allows for clean, on-bike-storage of tools, tubes or an AirTag.
