evo Store COVID-19 Updates

Since the early days of the pandemic, we have relied on guidance from the CDC in formulating our COVID-19 safety policies. Recent updates to the CDC’s guidance around face coverings have caused us to reevaluate our safety policies.  Effective June 30th, fully vaccinated team members and customers are no longer required to wear face coverings in our U.S stores. Masks are still required in our Whistler locations in Canada.  The health and safety of our customers and team members remain our top priority, and we are continuing to keep our stores clean and safe while we navigate this ever-developing climate. 

Appointment policy: 

We continue to recommend appointments in our U.S stores. While not required, the past year has shown us that appointments allow us to connect our experts with your needs quickly and easily.

  • Can I buy online and pick up in store?
    Yes. At checkout, select "Pickup from evo or Partner Store." Select the location you wish to pick up from and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
  • Do I have to wear a mask in evo Stores?
    Masks are now optional for guests and team members who have received their COVID-19 Vaccine(s) and have waited the appropriate time as recommended by the CDC. Anyone is welcome to continue to wear a mask if they prefer. Anyone who has not received their COVID-19 Vaccine(s) or has not waited the recommended time frame after is asked to continue wearing a mask in-store.
  • How can I pay for my order, do you accept cash currently?
    We accept contactless payments like credit, debit, or Apple Pay as well as cash currently.
  • Do any services require an appointment?
    We do not require or recommend appointments for Service.
  • Are you open for in person shopping?
    Yes, we are open for in-person shopping. We encourage an appointment if you are interested in being connected with one of our experts to learn more about a potential purchase.
  • are you currently offering all your traditional services?
    Yes, we are currently open for business and are able to help you with everything we normally offer such as boot-fitting, service work, browsing, returns, fitting rooms, and rentals.
