We spent the summer dialing in our systems and reimaging our spaces to provide you the safest and most efficient shopping experience so you can get ready for one of our favorite times of the year, winter!

Due to reduced capacity in our stores, we highly recommend you make an appointment for the services noted below. For everything else feel free to stop by during our operating hours.

We’ve implemented a number of new safety measures to keep our team members and guests protected. These include:

  • Adhering to social distancing guidelines
  • Limiting the number of people in store
  • Requiring team members and guests to wear face masks
  • Clear signage to guide you through your shopping experience
  • Additional hand sanitizer stations
  • Regular store cleaning
  • Physical barriers in instances where social distancing is not possible
  • Can I buy online and pick up in store?
    In response to the current COVID capacity restrictions, our "Pickup from evo or partner store" option is currently paused for all US evo locations until further notice.
  • Do I have to wear a mask in evo Stores?
    For the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities we require masks to be worn when shopping with us in-store. Left your mask at home? We have extras! If you have a condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please contact the store ahead of time, and we will be happy to coordinate services outside of our building.
  • How can I pay for my order, do you accept cash currently?
    We strongly encourage contactless payments like credit, debit, or Apple Pay. However, we do accept cash currently.
  • Do any services require an appointment?
    Due to reduced capacity in our stores, we highly recommend you make an appointment for ski, snowboard, and binding purchases, backcountry purchase consultations, custom boot work, and bike sales.
  • Are you open for in person shopping?
    Yes, we are open in a reduced capacity for in-person shopping. We highly encourage an appointment if you are interested in more involved services like custom boot fitting or ski/ snowboard purchases.
  • are you currently offering all your traditional services?
    Yes, we are currently open for business and are able to help you with everything we normally offer such as boot-fitting, service work, browsing, returns, fitting rooms, and rentals.
