Lorna Lake & Bear Paw Camp

On this trip we’ll travel by float plane to the gorgeous Lorna Lake where we will start our ride to Bear Paw Camp. Known as the Jewel of the Southern Chilcotins, a section of British Columbia’s Coast Range, the surrounding area of this glacial blue alpine lake are home to some of the best and remote biking in all of BC. On our journey from the lake we will pedal over remote passes and through rocky mountain terrain to end in the pristine meadows of Bear Paw Camp. Once used as a hunting cabin, the camp is now a resting place for bikers, hikers and horseback riders as they travel through the remote BC wilderness. The cabin is so remote that supplies are brought in on a two-day horseback journey, but don't worry you will be pleasantly surprised with the delicious food and amenities at this rustic location.
