Touring in Lyngen

From our home base in Lyngen we will have the opportunity to explore the local area and the amazing terrain all within reach of the sleepy fishing and skiing village. There are many options from steep couloirs to long powder fields leading right up to the sea. From here we can also combine routes with inland lines, including pit stops in the Tamok Valley, home to fantastic inland backcountry skiing & snowboarding surrounded by rounded peaks, long couloirs, and big open faces. If you are lucky enough, we will also be able to combine our touring with the Northern Lights which are in peak season between November and March but can still be in full force come April.
