Burton AK 2L GORE-TEX Cyclic

Burton AK 2L GORE-TEX Cyclic

Water condenses and precipitates, storm cycles turn to high pressure, lines fill in and snow consolidates and melts out again. Another cold winter turns to another sunny spring. To get through it all, you need gear that's as adaptive and reactive as the snow is unpredictable. The Burton AK 2L GORE-TEX Cyclic Jacket has a GORE-TEX membrane that breathes as you do, paired with a Living Lining and its pores that expand and contract. Ride hard and trust your gear. The AK 2L GORE-TEX Cyclic screams versatility in a jacket. Beyond the GORE-TEX 2-Layer 70D Plain Weave, Burton’s implementation of bluesign® materials reduces the impact on humans and the earth during production.

Kevin Katsafanas

Growing up in the northwest I took to snowboarding when I was 13 and spent most weekends up at Snoqualmie riding the park. As I grew as a rider I traded out rails and jumps for more freeride terrain found on the other side of I-90 over at Alpental. With evo in my backyard, I spent countless weekends hounding the shop staff about gear. Finally, when I was 19 years old I found my way into a full-time position selling snowboards at the Seattle store. In the decade since I've worn a number of hats in the outdoor industry in addition to talking gear, including spending time as the Seattle store's marketing and events coordinator. 9 years later and I am still here at evo in my role as the Buyer for men's techwear, and ski/snowboard bags.
