K2 Catamaran Skis 2019

When the pow is so deep you consider a life preserver, reach for a pair of K2 Catamaran Skis and surf the mountain like a dolphin. This super wide powder-player is responsive and playful thanks to a durable and light fir and aspen Double Barrel core. Plenty of nose and tail rocker helps keep you on top, forward or switch, while the carbon reinforcements really come into play when you're poppin', jibbin', splashin', and laughin' your way to cold smoke glory. Set a course for maximum stoke on a pair of K2 Catamaran Skis.

Toe Piece

Triple Pivot Elite 2 ToeThis toe construction allows for impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the highest energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains. In relation to their weight, toes with this technology therefore achieve a never-seen-before performance.

AFD Gliding PlateAll Marker bindings (except the Jester Pro) are equipped with a moveable AFD (Anti Friction Device), allowing a precise release unhindered by dirt, snow, and ice buildup. The type of AFD is matched to the skier type, ensuring perfect functionality from racing to junior and even alpine touring.

Sole.IDMarker Sole.ID allows Marker Authorized Retailers to adjust Sole ID equipped bindings to every type of adult ski boot sole, from ISO 5355 Alpine to ISO 9523 Touring, with a height adjustable gliding plate (AFD).

Heel Piece

Inter-Pivot 2 HeelThe stunning heel construction delivers superior holding power for freeriding. The Inter Pivot Heel directs the power forces in the angle of elasticity improving the holding power and reducing pre-releases.
