Unlike most ski companies, Coalition Snow doesn't just take a men's model, move the mount point back a centimeter, and slap some mauve and turquoise on the topsheet - they start from scratch and design each ski specifically for female skiers. The Coalition Snow SOS Skis + Marker Squire 11 Ski Bindings are their mainstay, and arguably the most versatile ski in the line. Designed for advanced skiers who go at it hard, the SOS uses a triple radius sidecut and gradual but low rise rocker to provide a confident ride on both hard and soft snow.

Multi-Radius Sidecut – A longer sidecut in the tip and tail keeps the ski on the fall line, while a shorter turn radius underfoot gives the ski its carveability when engaged during a turn. The combination makes the ski stable and responsive at each moment of the turn, cutting down on overturning and hookiness.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
